Ok so I was thinking of a great Valentines Cocktail. I know pretty late to send this out, but it is a great one for a brunch or a desert course at a dinner party, Holidays etc, etc. So it is really easy. One part un-sweetened (TraderJoes) Cherry Juice to three parts Rose' Sparkling Wine and a teaspoon of organic sugar, or a dash of stevia, or a squirt of agave nectar. If you want to really add the octane add one part Chambord or GrandMarnier Liqueur and subtract one part Rose' Champagne. I also had some black cherries in on hand and add a few to the cocktail as well. Now that makes a great looking and tasting drink:)
